I’m not completely happy with my goods?
At BPS we operate a Customer Friendly Returns Policy to make it easier for you. Follow the simple steps that are shown below should you have any problem with your purchase and we will refund you within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Step 1 -
Please get in contact us within seven days of receiving your goods to let us know you are returning any items. Please email our friendly Ecommerce team at cs@bpsbuildit.co.uk, as this request must be in writing. Please provide the details of what it is you wish to return and why, plus your invoice number.
Step 2 -
All goods must be in their original packaging where possible, unused and in a re-saleable condition. If the goods arrive back damaged, with parts missing or in damaged packaging, we will not be able to issue you a refund. This also includes damage in transit which remains the responsibility of the purchaser until we have signed and confirmed receipt in good condition. As stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Step 3 -
Please remember to keep a copy of your proof of posting should there be any hold up in the postal system. BPS will give you a refund less the cost of the original delivery and any collection charges subject to the following conditions:-
• a) Returns maybe subject to a 25% - 35% re-stocking charge, this is to cover the administration cost i.e. receiving back, checking and then restocking onto our shelves.

Please ensure you write your invoice number clearly on the package.
• Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt. Your credit/debit card will be refunded with the original amount paid less charges as detailed in Step 3.
• Please Note Delivery charges on the original order will not be refunded.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Any products which are marked as a special or a non stock item are non-refundable. Please check and ensure that the product is correct at the point of order to avoid unnecessary cost to yourself, our friendly Ecommerce team will be happy to assist in your choice of product.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please ensure you check your goods thoroughly upon delivery and inform us of any missing, incorrect, damaged or faulty products within 7 working days. We will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Our liability in the case of claims is limited to the sum paid for the goods and the cost of the carriage. We will also refund any costs paid by you for returning faulty or damaged products to us. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
