Delivery Information -

All orders are eligible for delivery if the delivery address is within a 20-mile radius of our branches. Should you get to the checkout and your address is within the delivery radius and you are not offered a delivery option then please contact us so we can investigate the reason why.

Delivery days are available to choose from in the checkout subject to availability. Deliveries are to the kerbside only. We work to high safety standards and this may restrict our ability to deliver your materials if we deem the delivery location to be unsafe. For example if there are overhead power cables then we will contact you and try and arrange an alternative delivery location. For more information regarding delivery please see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING (“Conditions”) point 4.

Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property. You, or a representative, need to be there to sign for the delivery.

We will endeavour to meet your expectations on your delivery day, we'll do our best to let you know if we're going to be late.

Click & Collect –

All orders are eligible for Click & collect at any of our branches. We will endeavour to meet your expectations when you select a collection time and will let you know if there will be a delay. Delays may occur when we need to get the stock to the branch of your choice.

Delivery Pricing -

All orders £150ex VAT and below will be subject to £18 delivery charge. All orders above £150ex VAT are free if eligible. There is no minimum order value for delivery.
