Delivery Information -

All orders are eligible for delivery if the delivery address is within a 20-mile radius of our branches. Should you get to the checkout and your address is within the delivery radius and you are not offered a delivery option then please contact us so we can investigate the reason why.

Delivery day will be advised to you by our sales team usuing your contact details provided. Deliveries are to the kerbside only. We work to high safety standards and this may restrict our ability to deliver your materials if we deem the delivery location to be unsafe. For example if there are overhead power cables then we will contact you and try and arrange an alternative delivery location. For more information regarding delivery please see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING (“Conditions”) point 4.

Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property. You, or a representative, need to be there to sign for the delivery.

We will endeavour to meet your expectations on your delivery day, we'll do our best to let you know if we're going to be late.

Click & Collect –

All orders are eligible for Click & collect at our branch. We will endeavour to meet your expectations when you select a collection time and will let you know if there will be a delay.

Delivery Pricing -

Non Account Holders

All orders £150ex VAT and below will be subject to £18 delivery charge for Non-Account holders. All orders above £150ex VAT are free if eligible. There is no minimum order value for delivery.

Cash Account Holders

All orders £75ex VAT and below will be subject to £18 delivery charge for Cash Account holders. All orders above £75ex VAT are free if eligible. There is no minimum order value for delivery.

Credit Account Holders

All orders will be subject to no delivery charge for Credit Account holders.
