Septic Tanks & Cesspits Knockout Septic Tank Treatment contains billions of naturally occurring microorganisms to help the tank to function effectively, thereby reducing odours, blocked drains, overflow and servicing . When the natural action ceases to work the tank will begin to fill very quickly with undigested waste solids. Formulated using a variety of natural biological enzymes each performing specific tasks, to break down paper or food waste, fats and oils, proteins or starches. Does not contain any toxic or harmful components and is environmentally safe. Re-introducing these naturally occurring microbes helps to restore the natural process affected by chemical wastes, reducing odours from tanks and drains associated with domestic effluent and prolonging the time between emptying. Used as a regular maintenance product will also help to keep pipes and drains clean and free flowing by reducing the build-up of any fats or solids in the pipe work. As the enzymes multiply and digest organic waste positive results should be seen within 2 – 4 weeks.
